I hope your summer is going well so far. As far as weather goes, our temps have been up and down but low humidity—so nice over all. We are going through a long dry spell though, so we will see if that will break anytime soon.
We planted some vegetable plants, as well as some annuals this year. Because of the continued cold night, it went in late. But I’m still hoping for a great harvest, of course. lol. It’s not much really. A vertical garden and two small raised areas for some basic vegetables. But I’m excited by it. lol
What about you? Did you get to plant anything this year?
Writing
I have so many story ideas going on in my head right now that it’s sometimes hard to pay attention to real life. lol. I’m taking the time to get them all down. Then I can organize them to make sense.
This is all very fun, except when I’m lying in bed and keep thinking of things—when I’m supposed to be going to sleep. I repeatedly grab my phone to hurriedly type the idea, which often turns out to be hundreds of words long. It’s a good thing my husband isn’t disturbed by my phone’s light. lol
