Hello,
Well, it’s happened. Our weather broke. It has been hotter than normal all summer.
Today, it was 63.
YAY!
Yes, I am one of those people who loves Fall. But not because it’s trendy. I’ve always loved it. And that sudden sharp change in weather is one thing I love about it. But it’s not done yet.
I live in Ohio, so it will get hotter again, then cooler. Hotter then cooler. Hotter . . . Well, you get the idea. This is just the first cold snap, and I wouldn’t even call it cold. But it was windy and just the tiniest bit rainy. Perfect for the first one.
I had a great summer. Now I’m ready to move on — to thick socks and sweaters so I can match the Autumn offerings Starbucks has already been selling. It’ll take a couple of weeks, maybe a month, but we’ll get there.
I will be so happy until approximately the third snowfall. Then I’ll be ready for Spring. lol
