I hope this finds you well.

We’ve had a beautiful Fall so I can’t complain. The leaves are still hanging on and the weather is warmer than usual for this time of the year. I’ve been enjoying every day of it.

My sister ended up needing urgent surgery on Monday. It was quite a shock, especially to her, but she is healing well. And she is coming home tomorrow. :) She has five children so I’m trying to be a bit of help.

And my poor mother has had a couple of minor medical problems. Our family seems to be overrun with medical issues. Hopefully, this will be it for a while.
