Well, if anything it’s gotten hotter here. Our air conditioning is having trouble keeping up. It is an older model, one we need and want to get replaced as soon as we can. In the meantime, we’ve gotten a room air conditioner to help with the upstairs of the house. I’m sure this a problem that many throughout the country are having with all this record heat.

It seems from the answers of the Poll in the last newsletter that many people feel as I do and really want that cool air.

The question was: Do you Love a super hot Summer? Yes or No?

8% said they loved a super hot summer.

92% said they’d be in the air conditioning.

I have to say in my younger years and especially in my childhood, I did love, love, love to swim. So a super hot summer was just up my alley.

However, I’m not the swimmer I used to be. I’m more of a floater or stander now. lol. And sometimes the walk to the pool on a super hot day isn’t quite worth it for me. I know. I need an additude adjustment when it comes to all that.

But that means I have more time for reading. And writing. And there is nothing at all wrong with that.
